The March IEEE 802 LMSC Plenary Session will be held during the week of March 16-21, 2008.

All working groups will be meeting at the Caribe Royale Resort's Convention Center along with all tutorial and call for interest meetings, and the 802 Executive Committee meetings.

The Caribe Royale Resort (Host All-Suites Hotel) is within easy access to Orlando’s best shopping, many outstanding restaurants, and within minutes from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World. Orlando is a wonderful venue for IEEE 802. Both hotels are located 30 minutes from the Orlando International Airport.

This is an excellent session to bring your family for some sun and fun.

Guest Room: All rooms are standard suites with bedroom and full work area (see website for details).

IEEE 802 Group Rate: $165.US single, double or twin occupancy per night plus 12.5% taxes (subject to change).
Dates the group rate is available: March 7-30, 2008 (based on hotel room availability).
Book Early: This week is Spring Break for many US schools so all rooms in Orlando get booked early on.
Hotel Reservation cut off date: Friday, February 29, 2008 (but book early because rooms are limited).
Cancellation Policy: No charge when cancelled prior to 6 pm EST of arrival date.
